Clark + Taylor: Intimate Backyard Wedding

WHAT. A. YEAR this has been, am I right? There is no way anyone could have ever predicted the reality of our 2020. COVID-19 has rocked everyone's world! Some have lost their jobs, some have lost people they love, and at the very least, we all have been forced to make changes in our lives.

My heart goes out to everyone who has been significantly affected by the pandemic, including all the eager brides and grooms that have had no other choice to cancel or postpone their big day. Since this mess doesn't seem to be ending any time soon, many couples are choosing to still get married on paper or celebrate with small gatherings of their closest friends and family.

Clark & Taylor were one of these couples. Their original wedding date was in May, so as you can imagine, they were pretty disappointed to find out that a large wedding was actually still against state law. On top of that, many of their family and friends would not be able to travel anyway.

These two did not let COVID steal their special day, though, and I'm so glad they didn't! They ended up having a beautifully intimate ceremony in their own backyard. It was perfect, and will absolutely suffice until they're able to celebrate with everyone. They still felt the magic of their wedding day, and now they have another wedding to look forward to in the future! Check out some highlights of their big day below. Oh PS.
